We have 3 full time staff work for us around the clock (24/7) through Online Staff International. It has been a pleasant experience to work with the outsourcing staff of Online Staff International. First I had some doubts since the staff was overseas. Bur soon I found out I was so wrong! They were extremely professional and their English skills were fantastic. They were patient with me, and always available to give great suggestions about how to get things done remotely. They clearly understood what I needed. I  was able to get full time highly qualified administrative people work for me for the last 6months and I  was able to expend my service from normal working hours to 24h 7 days a week. Through their web based telephone system it is no cost for us to ring overseas staff and overseas staff able to ring Melbourne as they were in Melbourne. Thank you for sharing the great information of how to become more productive. It was becoming a chore to keep up with the back end process.  I've always looked to push the edge to increase my business but could never do so without it totally taking over my whole day. I thought of hiring a staff to help out on the back end of the process & I didn't think it was worth it, having to deal with additional headaches of managing more staff members.
